After a nice lazy time off for Christmas & then 3/4 of the month of January, I'm ready to get back to the fitness routine again! I've logged back into MFD (My Food Diary) again after about a month & am a bit worse for the wear, but not too bad. I'm currently at 127lb & 25% body fat...not bad for being a slug for a month.
