I took today off work. I didn't really want to, but I didn't want to go in to work with puffy eyes from crying for no reason yesterday. *YaY* for hormones or something like that. Well, I've been a bad girl this week. I only worked out three times this week. I had a good excuse for one of the times I missed, but the others I should have pulled together & did it anyway. 1. I'm really proud of me. I've been sticking to my workout/diet so well this time. I'm really trying to make a change in how I live because it has a huge impact on my health.
