I have just found a new purpose for the registry. It tells the uninstall function where all the programs live! This is important if you've had to move program files and .exe's around. I knew to amend the shortcuts, though!

adelpha and I have joined the Leisure Centre! It's £75.60 a month, and we get unlimited swimming and gym time, free off-peak Stuff (off-peak being when we're working :\) and free/50p classes.
This may or may not turn out to have been a good idea...

Ways in which I like to wake up:

• Gently, after about 10 hours' sleep
• With my lover gently prodding me even though his arms are behind his back
• To the smell of breakfast cooking

Ways in which I don't like to wake up:

• With a kitten chewing my nipple
• To the sound of the alarm after too few hours' sleep

I set up a new playlist last night - just some of Mike Oldfield's stuff that currently rocks me. It's vaguely in chronological order, except that the first track is "Moonlight Shadow". ...computer still b0rked. The only way it will boot is with the CD-ROM in the drive for a quick spin through the recovery bit - even without a rescue disk. How do I make of of those?

I was hoping that what with getting my bike to the shop early for its service, it would perhaps be done by lunchtime. No such luck.
