I am still in lab on a Friday at 6:30.  This is kinda poopy.  Funny part is I got a call from some number about 30 minutes ago and it is my cousin (who I have no seen since he got married when I was in high school).  His wife is from Montana and they are out here visiting her family.  I think maybe I'll go see him tonight.  He's only here 'til ( Read more... )

I am done with my first week of work.  I have to go in on Sunday though, but it's ok.  It was pretty intense.  Every hour my professor would come and ask me how things were going and if I had found anything new, so I had to be constantly reading articles.  I get to work with blood from cows.  One of the grad students in the lab is working on ( Read more... )
