ordered a costume online and it SUCKED. so i kept the jacket and the rainbowy tube top, bought some black shorts with gold stripes down the sides, and some puffy glitter paint. i painted all the stripes on my shorts, but only had enough time to do the front. i found the hat at party america, it was PERFECT. i was so happy with my costume, i seriously looooved it!
