This morning has not gone well.  Just got into a car accident a few minutes before I arrived at work.

Just saw the news on the Wizards of the Coast website.  Very sad.

Thank you, Mr. Gygax, for your wonderful imagination and creativity.  There would be a lot of untold stories and a whole slew of friends I would never have met if not for your game.

In Tearon, Frisia, and Azeshouri, there are taverns of adventurers raising toasts. Godspeed to you.

This whole day so far was just not worth getting out of bed to begin with. And it ain't over yet...

Well, its been some hours since I started, but overall, this day has not a fun one. Figures that while the boss is out of town for week that things would go to heck.  Here's hoping tomorrow is better.

Well, as evidenced in this post, we DO have internet connection in the new apartment, afterall... just not in the den, where the computers are... At least we both have laptops, for the time being. Guess we need to figure out how to get the connection over to the den.  *grumbles* This couldn't have just been simple and easy, could it?

Wow. After nearly a week, some blue sky...

I came home tonight to find a letter addressed to me on behalf of a class-action lawsuit that was brought against Aaron Brothers by another former Lead employee. Evidently, Aaron Brothers was supposed to have given those of us in the Lead positions a full hour for lunch break (instead of 30 min) in addition to regular 15- ( Read more... )

Well, I said in my last post that I'd elaborate, so here it is:

Official as of yesterday evening, Sakira & I finally have our first apartment together.
