I may be his mother, but I have a right to my opinion.

Well, it seems that Beej and Bra are no longer a couple. Raditz and I were "banished" to the living room to watch movies last night, so Piper and Beej could talk, which felt a little strange. I guess there was a part of me going, "I'm his mother he's supposed to be able to talk to me!" Then I remember how many warm, loving, chats I had with my ( Read more... )

I'm sorry for kicking the two of you out last night. And I'm glad you and BJ ended up having a chance to talk.

It's all right, Piper. I'm just glad you were able to talk to him. Clearly he wasn't ready to talk to either myself or Raditz about it.

I'm sure either way it works out BJ and Bra will be fine. One thing I have noticed is both saiyan and humans alike heal faster emotionally with time than many other races in the universe. They're both strong and whatever happens they'll get through it.

Oh, I know they'll be all right, but I can't help but wish it was "someday" rather than "Today," you know?

Thank you for taking me shopping Kia, we should really do that more often. Maybe next time, we should take Sonya and/or Bulma with us.

Sure, next time I'm willing to say the more the merrier. I did ask Sonya if she wanted to go this time, but she said she'd rather stay home and watch the children.

Maybe we could bring Videl, or Vez, or Jewel along too?

I think BJ is on his way to getting over it. But I also think you're doing a great job of handling the situation, Kia. These are times when every parent kinda scratches their heads and goes, "What do we do now?"

You listened. That's about the best you can do. And you didn't push him either. He knows you won't push him, that's why he came to you.

I don't think it was a coincidence either. He wanted to talk to his mom. I'll bet you're up that time every night to feed the younger children.

I hope you're right. I just wish there was more I could do, you know? It's times like this when I wish I could fast forward life so it was a couple weeks later and it wasn't so new and fresh for him.

I think we all wish we had powers like that. But, before you know it, two weeks will have passed.

That's true. And it's been less than that now and he's getting better already.
