It's strange coming back to the stories I wrote over a decade ago because I have such a terrible memory. I remember writing them, but not much of the stories themselves, and it's almost like reading something a stranger wrote. There were twists and things I forgot about, which surprised me like the whole Tom arc.

I'm not saying I'll be writing things in, because the story is basically finished, but if there were things you wanted to see added to a new version of Release of Sisyphus, what would you want added?

RoS Update
I've written 16 and a half chapters, but the story has taken a different turn, so I'm not sure how long this new version will be. I thought I had an idea, but then the story went in a different direction.
I had forgotten what it was to write. It's such an interesting experience. I feel the emotions of the characters intensely. I'm not the sort of ( Read more... ) -
I found more notes!
I was poking around on google docs and found a bunch of documents with ambiguous names including one called, "The End" which was full of notes for NoG/Invictus/RoS!
It had abandoned plotlines from NoG, scenes I cut, and stream of consciousness writing I used to do.

I finished reading through NoG. There were a lot of formatting issues on ao3, so I fixed all of those, or at least I think I did. I still haven't finished uploading the rest of Invictus because I want to make sure I have the most recent version, so I'm uploading the livejournal version, which means either I don't have the paragraph spacing or the ( Read more... ) -

I finished reading through Invictus yesterday. I tried to post it all to ao3, but it stopped working in the middle of it, so I only got up to chapter 44. Will hopefully finish uploading the rest of that this week.
I need to read through NoG to better get in Harry's state of mind, but honestly, I'm embarrassed because it was the first thing I had ( Read more... )
