I swear, hostels in the Balkans are something else! They provide free pickup from bus stations, call the hostels you are staying at in the next city because you forgot your key deposit and make sure it gets back to you (the equivalent of about 10$), and drive you around in their car to various viewpoints so you can take nice photos. Bought a spontaneous flight to Seville because I miss Andalucia. We shall see how that goes! I have realized that I am sick of the whole tourist thing and haven´t really done much in valencia except wander with hana and eat pizza. Valencia is okay, but it just isn´t grabbing me right now. So finally, after 10 days, I escaped the gravitational pull of Granada and find myself in Valencia. I still miss Granada though, the friends I made there and just the city in general. So it seems I am in granada indefinitely, as my hosts for the farm are snowed in. Meaning they cannot come and pick me up, because they cannot get out. I am a little concerned, because last time apparently they were snowed in for a week, that if I go I will be snowed in nd miss my flight to the UK. Quick update! I have been in Lagos, Portugal, since yesterday and I am going to Granada tomorrow! Lagos is actually quite lovely! You can tell it is touristy during the tourist season, but it is the off season now and things like restaurants and the like are pretty deserted. The hostel is also cheaper, yesss! I am in Portugal on the goat farm and I am doing just fine! :) The Portuguese winter reminds me of the Irish summer, only sunnier. It's pretty lovely here. And I get to water the goats and play with clay I dug from the ground and eat delicious portuguese food and dig holes and plant things.
