Kim's Recipe Box - Homemade Protein Bars, Take 2

In January I took a stab at Alton Brown's recipe for homemade protein bars. They were ok but honestly tasted a lot like chalky/floury protein bars, not delicious and palatable like I wanted them to be.

Okay, weird question - do you want some yogurt? I accidentally ordered THREE large containers of it from the grocery store, and there's no way I can get through it all before it goes bad.

Oh hmm, maybe...what kind is it? Also, I think if worse comes to worse you can freeze it? Frozen yogurt?

Really? I never thought of freezing it. It's Stonyfield Organic Vanilla. I don't remember if it's French Vanilla or not, though. That's why I offered. :)

Yeah, I also have a buttload right now which is why I suggested it. I believe you can but you might want to put it in a different container because it expands like water when you freeze it. Google to make sure maybe?
