Happy 2010! Only 11 days late with this, lol. Snow made it a treacherous trip driving in to work today. I'm glad I have a super awesome 4x4! Anyhow, I do hope the weather is better this week because classes start and I don't need any extra BS. I'm going to have enough of that this semester. Hey, at least its not painting. -
WSU Farmer's market
Last week I bought some tomatoes, peppers, onions and basil at the WSU Farmer's Market. I made cream of roasted tomato soup. It was delicious!

Scotland freed the Pan Am Flight 103 (Lockerbie) bomber on compassionate grounds today, allowing the terminally ill man to die in his homeland of Libya instead of letting the bastard rot in jail until he dies. Living in the House of Horrors...
Yesterday night was like living in a house of horrors. It seemed like everywhere we turned we saw big scary bugs trying to make their way inside the house and if they weren't trying to get in the house, they were waiting on the outside windows and doors for us. Happy 2009?
New Years was interesting....our gas stove broke, a water pipe started leaking in the basement and something big & important inside our furnace cracked - all happened on the eve of NYE. That crack in the furnace allowed carbon monoxide to vent into the basement and fill it up with odorless, colorless toxic fumes while we were away for a few hours ( Read more... ) -
