Wow, you sur seem to know ur stuff! u must do alot of research. these diets u list look good. but what agency gave u them? r ya a model??:S
have u tried it?
and d alcohol ting...fuk dts dedly....it dus seem unbelievable tho!!lol

yes i used to model like 2 or three years ago and i am trying to get back into it but i have to loose weight :( since i gained it during recovery rom anore... (i am so sad about rom 77lb they attened me to 160ish)(37kg to 70)

oh and yes it is that modeling agencie's recomended this nutritionist-dietist... they always adress you to eople who can help "be healthy" but ocourse we ignore them, the reason why i went to him was because my metabolism was stuck andd i could not loose no matter what so i had no option.

i thought it would be better to move the conversation in order not to spam anahime's journal ^_- and i just wanted to whish you good luck for reaching your goal, you seem very disciplined so im pretty sure youll do fine. ^^
have you actually ever talked to the people from the recovery why they made you gain so much... i mean arent they actually supposed to bring one back to "a healthy level" and not to cram you like that?
