I had the most amazing cocktail of my life last night: Gingerbread syrup, Cointreau, and tequila with a cinnamon and salt rim. It was literally the best thing that has ever entered my mouth. Panic at the disco..
Last night I had my first anxiety attack in about three years. It was scary, overwhelming and draining. I was sitting on the couch, staring at the Christmas tree when I all of a sudden felt scared and nervous. A dull, ache filled my lungs and I couldn't seem to breathe. Tree.
On Sunday Karl and I bought our first, real Christmas tree. And by "real" I mean it's green, and bristly and perfect. We bought lime green and red and silver baubles and two beautiful, bright red, glass apples to place on our tree. It looks wonderful and makes our home feel magical.
