Nuit Blanche is a 12 hour festival of art and culture happening on Saturday, September 29th starting at sunset (7 pm ish) running until sunrise the next morning. The City of Toronto gets funky wild all night long - three massive geographic zones help structure the event. Check out the website for more details than I could possibly give here
