So I went to a kirtan in the city this weekend. Very cool. The people I've met, and continue to meet through the Silent Dragon family are pretty awesome. Rabbi Andy is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Last night's tuina class was....emotional. To say the least. We learned a technique to release the trap muscle (i.e. the large muscle that covers your shoulders, should\er blades, and most of your ribs).
