went for family dinner, i had 2 egg whites and miso soup so 70 cals
and a huggge thing of diet coke and some gum yum
so i had oatmeal-160, s apple-50, gum-50, lettuce-15, miso soup-35, egg whites-35, and popcorn-100 cal sooo today was 445 oh and i am drinking crystal lite so 5 so im at 450..
and i ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes, not a lot but oh
