I am watching a small fluffy cat pretend he is a badass.

He is not, in reality, a badass, but at least he has an imagination.

While coming home from work today, I thought I saw a bearded lady!

It turned out to be a regular non-bearded lady, holding her black change purse in her mouth while she fished around for stuff in her bag. It really matched her hair though.

I hereby resolve to utter the words "The Deuce, you say!" way more often.

My coworker talked me into drinking one today. Got a lot done, but worried about having a heart attack the whole time. Resolved to keep a defibrulator in my car from now on.

Also, have had to drink a whole lot of alcohol in order to get my heart rate back to normal.

Should be an interesting night.

In the many many years I have been playing Scrabble with Sheridan, I have never ever beaten him. Until yesterday!

I don't care if I ever beat him again, I just wanted to do it once.

It was my best-scoring game ever. Next stop: breaking through the elusive 300-point barrier.

I hope 2009 is super extra lucky for all of you.

In a word: class. Project Management class, that is. The final is on January 23, and all that same weekend our final project is due.

My co-worker lent me a copy of the movie "Idiocracy". It completely explains everything. And, it adds credence to my idea that everyone should be spayed at puberty, and then if you want to have kids later on, you have to pass an IQ test, a psych evaluation, and some parenting courses ( Read more... )
