Not "no guff", but I'm on my way.

The world is full of jerks (some of them are clients!).

My skin is getting thicker, my patience deeper.

Here's how I do it right now: I think, "at least I don't have temper tantrums to try and get my way, like you."

And then, you politely do not give in.

Still very stressful, but not as bad. The gym helps, too

I've started my Project Management course at Sprott School of Business (on Carleton's campus) and it is going to be like taking on a second job. But it is interesting to hang out with others of my ilk!
