If there's one thing I've heard repeatedly throughout my life, from any number of sources, it's what I can and can't do. Future-tense, rather than present-tense. Saw this one yesterday, and am not convinced. It likes to keep you confused during the whole thing, which would be fine if there was satisfying pay-off afterwards, but there isn't. The whole thing seems rushed and doesn't make you care about any of the characters. It's not bad, just 'not so great'.

I started packing stuff up today for the move, and have come across a problem. Stuff from your ex, what do you do with it? There's some pretty painful stuff in there too, like unused tickets for various things. Then there's stuff she bought me too. Am I meant to throw this stuff out?

Just got back from seeing this... not bad, not bad... Which says a lot seeing how bad the Simpsons had become in TV land. It's not up to the early Simpsons in terms of writing, but it is a step in the right direction at least. Nice integration of 3D too (ala Futurama).

I must say a lesson I've learned in the past few months is this: don't listen to anyone else when it comes to buying clothes. I've always dressed with the 'listen to other people' approach, and it has always ended badly. So I've found a new place at last, I'll be moving in in a month's time. It's about 5-10 mins from the tube station, and there's a bus stop right behind the house with a bus that goes straight to my workplace in just under 20 mins. The long search is over!
