Gen is out and about, if still relying very lightly on a cane. He doesn't have large gifts, but he's still got a little something. For Edgar, Weena, Lynette, and Stephen Black. Though he of course would not mind any new acquaintences on Christmas day.

Gen is doing what he does best. He's translating. Though usually he translates aloud, for another person. But now he is sitting in the library, with several dictionaries, a few assorted reference works, and Le Comte de Monte-Cristo. The library contains it in English and French, but not yet in Japanese.
