2 eggs 2 cups milk 3 teaspoons sugar 1 1/2 C. flour 1 t salt
Beat eggs and add milk and flour gradually salt and sugar. Heat pan slowly and brush with melted butter. Stir batter well. Bake thin and light pancakes over medium heat. Serve with jam.

1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar 2. Cut in butter with knives till like meal 3. Add beaten egg and enough milk to soften dough 4. Roll 1/2 in. thick, cut 3 in. rounds. 5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
1 T liquid starch 2 T white glue 2 drops food coloring Small container
1. Measure starch into container. 2. Add coloring and mix. 3. Add glue 4. Do not touch for 5 minutes 5. Mix until liquid is absorbed 6. Mix until a little hard 7. Store in an air tight container
