2 eggs
2 cups milk
3 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 C. flour
1 t salt

Beat eggs and add milk and flour gradually salt and sugar. Heat pan slowly and brush with melted butter. Stir batter well. Bake thin and light pancakes over medium heat. Serve with jam.

Tried this recipe in a cast iron plet pan, with butter between each batch--tastes just like my mother-in-laws plettar.

Very nice.

Cool! That's how I made my pletts, too. And the pan was a gift from my mother in-law, no less. Glad they were enjoyable. :)
