There is this awesome musical group that I think everyone should hear. They are called Bond.

It is so cool....It's a modern, techno, hip-hop, old style, celtic music all put into one. They put modern day twists to old classics!

It is just so beautiful when it rains in the Desert! It's like therapy to me...the smell of the desert in the rain...the smell of the rain....the coldness the rain brings....awh...I love the desert when it rains.

Other news...in February, I will be going to Colorado to visit my niece and newphew. I can't wait.....I love them both dearly.

I passed the federal exam. Now it is a waiting game for the next step.

Wish me luck....I'm off to take a Federal Government test.

I've applied for a federal government job (part time of course). I hope to make extra money to go to back to school and help pay off some of the Christmas bills. Let's cross our fingers and hope that I qualify. I will be taking the test next Friday. Wish me luck.

My grandfather is back in the hospital. Apparently he has fluid in his lungs and a blockage in his arm where he get dialysis. ......I refuse to let my grandfather spend Christmas alone in the hospital.....

So I got Sam his birthday gift and gave it to him while with my family tonight as they took us out to dinner. My parents and I gave Sam his favorite comic books.....Girl Genius. So Sam is flying high right now as he has had a pretty good pre-birthday as his birthday is tomorrow. His parents are taking him out to dinner tomorrow.

I am a proud Auntie!!!! Sam's sister Stephanie, gave birth to a beautiful boy.....Welcome to the world Zachary Thomas Kahler!

How did I celebrate Turkey Day? Well the great thing about working for the government is that I got a 4 day weekend.
