I hate feeling lied to. And ignored.

I've had a miscarriage. Started yesterday. Passed the tissue earlier this evening.

This is what a broken heart truly feels like.

I'm home 'sick' today. I was rear-ended in a low speed wreck on Friday. It banged up my neck, which was fine until late yesterday. Apparently swimming aggravated the sore/torn muscles. Today I hurt too much to go into work. Which leads into my question ( Read more... )

I am sitting in the Raleigh airport.  My flight to Chicago is on time.  My flight to Tulsa is on time.  I will be landing in Tulsa around 2 this afternoon.

Woo!

I want to keep chickens.

The city allows for up to 6 adults and 14 chicks within the city limits.  I would like 4 laying hens.

Now to figure out where in the yard to put them and to acquire a suitable coop. 

Oh North Carolina...you freak out even more than Oklahoma about "winter weather".

I did not sleep good last night.  The blasted heater/ac unit in this hotel room is LOUD.  And whenever it cycled on I would start and wake up.  It also went haywire and decided to cook me last night, and then freeze me.  One of the last times it woke me I looked at the clock and realized the alarm function is broken.  So I decided to set the alarm ( Read more... )

The Hubs has been without power/heat since 1 on Sunday.  PSO keeps saying "tonight!" and then saying "No, tonight!".  I've been through ice storms like what they are having and they don't freak me out as much as they have those that have lived in OK for so long.

I think I want this for a christmas present...
