This weekend was amazing...Matt and I got engaged! I'm sure most of you probably already knew, but I wanted to officially announce it to the world! It's impossible to describe how happy I am. I have never felt such joy.

well...we were at Cook Park having a picnic and after lunch we went for a walk and that is when he asked me if I would marry him. That still sounds crazy to say. It hasn't completely sunk in yet that I'm engaged! But I have a while to get used to it-the wedding will be in the spring of '08.

I honestly don't think I have stopped smiling since Saturday! This is the best feeling in the world. I'm so glad we are both experiencing this, and at the same time! How lucky are we?!
