Carson and I hadn't been on the best of terms the past couple of days. It's a long story that I won't be getting into, and besides, we've resolved it now. I went over to his apartment last night and things were awkward at first, at least for me, but that went away quickly and pretty soon we were back to our old insane selves

I bask in your insanity, too, meine verrueckte Katze. (verrueckt = crazy. geisteskranke = insane, literally "spirit sick." <-- part of why German is so awesome! But verrueckt is the common vernacular. It was even in Sky Captain ;)

I won't drown unless Gio pulls me under for giving that thing I bought Lucia in Dallas. Remember, at the aquarium? I went back and got one for her. I hope he doesn't kill me.

...I won't blame Gio if he pulls you under for that. I feel very sorry for him now. I still say that clock would drive me nuts.
