The department is interviewing a prospect for the open Urban Econ position. We students have been strongly encouraged attend both his presentation and a special student session afterward. The weird thing is that the guy is younger than me.
100% rebate on a bottle of Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion. You have to buy it today, though. -
Consumer alert.
My sweet fiancé bought me Kodak's EasyShare Picture Viewer for Christmas. I have spent much, much time with it, and I have been able to get exactly one picture of mine on it.
Don't waste your money, no matter how cheap it is. -

I have good news -- the tumor looked very like a plain, everyday lipoma, nothing at all to worry about in the least. I went to watch, since I've never seen surgery with a laser before, and it took Dr. Vaughn a bit of time to get through the muscle to the growth, but it was well formed and just popped right out, about 3/4 the size of a golf ball. Elroy
I was just playing with Elroy after he came in from the last potty break. He trotted over to his crate to investigate something, so I grabbed a stuffed toy (Webster Duckworth, to be exact) and told him the magic words, "Elroy, I've got your bunny!" and I had 35 pounds of brindle and white whippet hurling himself through the air in my direction. Elroy's having another seizure, right here on my lap. He wandered in & it was obvious what was going on. This one's taking longer, tho'.
Update: I'm taking him to the vet in the morning. -
Mr. Elroy gets an early visit from Santa
Santa made an early delivery today for Elroy, which is a good thing, because it is 15° outside. (Wind chill? 6°) Although I am quite sure Elroy will appreciate his new "snugglie" when he goes outside next, he seemed rather displeased with his mother's choice of fabrics:
