Upon returning home, I have found that now that I am showing, I am unable to wear corsets and I have an uncontrollable desire for maultaschen, a dish found only in the eastern parts of Germany.

Journal, The last few days have made up for what happened. Truly, I am fine all, there is no need to worry. I am safe, and Sutton is gone, and he will never hurt me or any other again.

Journal, Today I was fitted for the bridesmaid gown, as I am Hermione's maid of honour. I was so pleased to hear of it, and even more happy to know Mari Burkhart was asked to do the sewing. Her gentle hand and forthright manner will make Hermione a beautiful bride.

Today was the ball, and I indeed admit I was exhausted partially through. It has been difficult holding my head up and writing this. I will be having a coming of age ball this season, so I am told, and as such, that will take my time up dearly.
