The internet is a wonderful source for art material- whether it's pictures to draw from, sites to get ideas from, even a place to buy media. Helpful, quite a bit.

I had a dream last night. It was a dream wherein I knew I was dreaming, but I wasn't sure if I was dreaming fact or fiction- it was very real. The premise was plausible, and until I awoke, I was certain that the basic idea of what I was dreaming was True. Not really much of a journal entry, I know, but that's all.

Should I bother? She won't get the point, won't care. I feel like furniture. Get over it, get on with my life. *sigh* I wish, I wish. I need- but again, impossible, and lately seeming too far away even if probable. Give up? No . . . but maybe rest is necessary before.

Short one- there are cultures which operate strictly on age. From birth, a child is presented with a list of chronocentric milestones- when he/she becomes a man/woman, when (s)he can be married, do different things, gain titles, etc. Our society, however, allows for individual development. In my life, I have met some people who I've developed relationships with. We've both, in each instance, put time and effort into getting to know each other, and, as a result, over time, I've decided to call them friends. One can learn a lot form cats. My mom got Amy and I a book called What My Cat Has Taught Me About Life. The book's ok- a little fruity, maybe. Real life cats do teach us many things about ourselves. In the Old Testament, there are many laws relating to various sexual sins (now prevalent in our society). I believe, out of any sin a person could commit, sexual sin is by far the worst. Why do people immediately assume that views and thoughts expressed by others are absolute and permanent? Everyone changes their mind many times during life.
