ahh- i forgot how nice a good night's sleep is...
my anti-depression meds have been messing with my already bad insomnia and regular sleep aids haven’t been doing jack shit. so the doctor recommended melatonin and HOLY SHIT IT WORKS. melatonin didn’t really use to work on me that well. i actually woke up before 10 am! i could probably begin getting up at 7 or 8 with this stuff. i think the hardest part about mom getting engaged is the fact she's moving out... and i'm staying in the old house. because i have nothing against the guy who she's engaged to. he's actually really cool. had a dr. appointment today. nothing major, just a check up

i was also given muscle relaxants for some reason? (it's supposed to be for insomnia, so i guess that makes sense...)
