I went out with a guy from there last night just for fun. We went to eat thai food and he taught me a little about latin dancing. It was great fun. It kinda made me remember, though, why I really don't need a man. They're a lot more fun when they go away. I think I'm just too busy for a guy right now.

Okay, so one night out of boredom I created an account on an online dating service. why? 1) it was free 2) it gave me the opportunity to laugh at some online umbrella testing for physical attraction 3) curiosity, I guess. shy lifeguard and I played chess at around 2:30ish and then again at 7. it was great fun. he offered to teach me how to play tennis! so that's an opening. tonight, though, I'm going to avoid the aquatic center as much as possible and treat myself to a movie.
