From what I have seen, this is true.

she is serious about her feelings;
In my experience, yes very serious.

dauntless,courageous, and bold;
Almost to a fault.

if she is busy she is happy;
Yes, this I have seen.

gives of her self willingly;
Again, from what I have seen, Yes.

has hasty of speech, and a quick temper;
Yes, and still almost to a fault.

has a good day when she learns somthing new;
This goes along with she is happy when she is busy.

works diligently for the benefit of others
From what I have seen, I would have to say yes.
