I have the packing blues big time. I'm really excited for moving back to Cardiff for a whole host of reasons (fab flat! my friends! IT'S CARDIFF!!! Went house-hunting in Cardiff on Tuesday and I'm happy to report INCREDIBLE SUCCESS!

I've been trying to think of something to say about Japan for a few days now, but any gesture I can make seems inadequate. I can't process tragedy on such a massive scale. It's just so horrible. Happy International Womens Day, everybody!
I haven't done anything actually useful to celebrate yet. The closest I'm likely to get is continuing to read Monuments and Maidens by Marina Warner, which at least comes from a feminist perspective.
