No, Cicero-president-guy, what's holding the Cubs back is not Wrigley Field. If that were the case then the Cubs would be doing much better on the road than they are right now.

No, no it makes perfect sense. The Cubs are winning, therefore they have to send in Marmol - who's not even the closing pitcher anymore! - to fuck it all up.

EDIT: Holy shit, they actually won despite Marmol.

Approximately 48 hours and $40 later, my laptop is now in the shop. Hopefully I'll hear something positive some time tomorrow. In the meantime, thank God for smartphones and tablets.

So tonight my computer suddenly began giving me a hard disk error. It's the first time I've ever had a comp do that.

Do I state panicking, back shit up and start thinking if replacements? Or do I take a breath, calm down a little and start backing shit up?

So, I've been trying to read fic on FF.Net this afternoon but every time I click on a story I get "This is a fraudulent website" notices from my Norton Anti-Virus; doesn't matter what fandom or what story I click on. Is anyone else having this problem ( Read more... )
