Gah, I love this story! Do you know how much? A lot! Jensen's such a wreck, and I love Jared for seeing that and trying to make it better. And he wants to draw Jensen's porny hands and feet! Yum!

Heh. Just Jensen's face and fingertips wasn't quite enough. Jared had to push for that leeeetle bit more.

It seems like he just knows that he wants to be near Jensen, wants to be nice to him, which awwww. I tell you, for some reason I can't get this story out of my head this morning. I keep thinking about how you left it, with all the tension, and Jensen must be so exhausted and awwwww. What's wrong with me? ;)

oh, i've been waiting for this. achy chapter, darling. i love this jensen, so broken, so locked inside himself, and jared, wanting him so much and being SO good at not showing it.

This is probably the most fucked up character I've written for an RPS. It feels kinda weird.

Jen is so--isolated. It's hard to show him easing out of the shelter and have it seem natural.

Y'know? I expected the fic world to be flooded with artist!jared when the news about that Kinkade movie came out.

I'm glad you're enjoying it. Art is so--intimate. Studying another person, it pushes past some social taboos.

I found that I was only interested in drawing living subjects...people or animals or flowers or a bowl of fruit was more interesting then architecture or most inanimate objects. And its always interesting to see what people see when you finish their portrait---some drawings that I thought were my worse, as far as likeness, they loved, etc. LOL

I imagine we'll get some artist!Jared fics. I must say I was expecting at least a few fics with Jensen & Lou Diamond Phillips, because of A Few Good Men; but I haven't seen any yet. Surprises me, considering how many fans went in person-and I know some of them were writers. They seem to be focussing on Jared's surprise visit to see Jensen. *shrugs*
