Why don't people talk to each other in elevators?

Gas has dropped to $1.99 here, I noticed yesterday afternoon when I was out and about.

They're still making an incredible profit. Don't get excited--it's still an outrageous price to pay.

Has anyone noticed gas prices lately?

Within the last two months, it reached a high of $2.99 here in Oklahoma (much higher in other places, of course).

But suddenly, slowly, the prices are creeping down, despite the continued "war on terror", despite the situation with the BP pipeline in Alaska, despite Exxon, Mobil, Conoco Philips, etc recording ( Read more... )
