Dishwasher Drama

So T. decided that we needed a new dishwasher.  Who am I to stop the man that fixes everything?  So I said, COOL!!! Let's do it.  He did the research, got his dad's copy of consumer reports and their dishwasher ratings. We decided to go with the CR Best Buy™ which was a Kenmore.  Ugh, that means Sears.  But all the online reviews said it was the

Years ago, my stepmom was getting a new gas stove for her apartment (she was the landlord.) I went with her to Sears to pick it out, and she picked the one she wanted, and we noted the cheapie kind that looked...lets say laughably poorly made. She made the order, and as we were talking with the clerk we were ripping on that other stove, noting how shoddily it was constructed. Days later they finally deliver the stove, and, of course, it's the crappy one. Still not sure how that happened.

worse yet...we have the front of the house bunny proofed. And yeah, T let the bunny run free tonight and caught him behind the dishwasher, chewing! It's a veritable feast of wires for that damn bun. Luckily, it looks like he was just chewing on the wood crate the damn thing is sitting on. yikes!!

Of course I was messing with one of the racks. Hai! a new toy! wheeeee and the metal slide slid out and crashed on the floor and the little plastic tab that is the stopper thingie smashed into three pieces. Luckily, we just showed the not installing technician and he ordered us that part too.
