wow. we just spent eight hours installing our kitchen floor. david and i did a great job working together. i measured and lined and placed the first row and he did all the cut-around edging pieces. i then continued with all the full pieces while he did the edging. we didn't even yell at eachother once ( Read more... )

The farm was so much fun! The kids loved the bus ride. Everytime we turned a corner it was, "whooooooaaaaa." Kinda cute. And we went on the DVP so we had a few ramps to go on and off. Those were big, "Whoa"s ( Read more... )

So next Saturday we get our new siding. In about two weeks we get our new kitchen. The bills and credit cards and loans are all paid. David mowed the lawn this weekend. My belly is gettin bigger and it flutters around. I found a great Indian food place (thanks, Mar!) The house is relatively clean. The laundry is still minimal.
Life is good.

So I'm washin the sheets and vacuuming the rug for my mom n han's arrival tomorrow. eventhough i know all the dust will be trudged in at least it will look nice when they arrive. i'll be washing the mirrors and glass also and probably doing a quick-over on the bathroom. nothing major there, although the bathroom is never very difficult ( Read more... )
