A Tough Spot
I've been feeling really horrible for the last two weeks and I don't fully understand why. William lost his job 3 weeks ago so I'm very stressed about money. I've been remarkably sick with extra helpings of pain, but the antivirals seem to be helping. Work is insane, everyone is quitting again. The Burbs
The past few months have been a real roller coaster. Mostly good stuff but some nasty stress to keep it all balanced. William and I got our own place out in the suburbs. It's... amazing! A beautiful wooded complex with a pool, jacuzzi, tanning, fitness center, club house and bus stop about 50 yards from our front door. The neighbors are nice, still ( Read more... ) -
Second Night
Last night was better. Took the med right after dinner so I wasn't sick but I did get hyper at 2 am then had to take sleeping meds with toast.
I don't know if it's the meds or not but today has seen me in a very good mood despite too much work and a very sick William. -
First Night
Last night was the first night on the new med. Very rough. I became hyper at bed time, developed a migraine, spent an hour throwing up and only then could I sleep.
This morning I feel like I was punched right between the eyes and my stomach is still unhappy. Hopefully things will improve.

Doctor Says
So the new shrink doesn't think I have depression just ptsd and generalized anxiety which is really being set off by work. She's putting me on a very low dose of a zoloft cousin. Hopefully the side effects won't be to hideous....
Kinda worried about weight gain and loss of desire. We shall see...

New Shrink
Three weeks ago my friend/boss/neighbour Mo came to me as my boss and alerted me to the fact that my paranoia and anxiety are really ruining my chances with the company. She strongly suggested I do whatever I can about it.

Hormones.... WTF???
I'm 35. My whole life I've heard about The Biological Clock and never believed in it, self fulfilling prophecy at best and media bullshit at worst. SCA
I've been thinking a lot about the SCA lately. Wondering if I should let my membership lapse. I haven't done anything except one demo and one fighter practice since moving here and I honestly don't miss it much. The weather is miserably cold and wet which discourages camping and Indian garb.
