 Yesterday I participated in the most moving event I’ve ever done. A friend from LMU, Angelo, contacted me last minute through Facebook about the Relay for Life at Redondo Union High School. I just read what I think will become 2 of my all-time favorite books. Only time will tell, but I think they will probably join those several books that I take off of my shelf to reread every couple of years, if not every year (usually during the summer when I have more leisure time). I got a job at the Del Amo Gap! I also interviewed at Forever 21 at Del Amo but that was this past Friday and they haven’t called me back. I had to let Gap know yesterday if I wanted to take the job so I just said yes though I wanted to work at Forever a little more. Orientation is tomorrow. I feel bad for my dad because this past Saturday he was in a triathlon in San Diego and in the ninth mile biking he hit a pothole, fell, and broke his collarbone in 3 places. I 'm done for the week! Got out of work at 3 and now I'm back in my room. Usually I tutor at a school in Boyle Heights on Thursday, but since it's Holy Thursday they got out early.
