2468 is 200cals, 400cals... etc on consequetive days so monday 200 tuesda 400 and so on. It is apparently really good for boosting metabolism if you ar stuck at a weight. Hop that wasnt too confusing i'm not very good at explaining stuff !

You have your own preferred body image. That's YOUR goal and YOUR dream. Others are different. The difference is that people think it's alright to abuse you for your goal, but if you abused somebody for trying to be a musician or a judge or an electronics engineer, you'd get laughed at.
Just ignore the haters. Much (most) of it is motivated by jealousy. If they want to call you a freak, take it as a badge of honour.
