If this community isn't dead anymore. I've got a girl who refuses to credit me for a layout. She disabled anonymous and nonfriend postings.

lay_off seems a bit deserted. Mainly because xg3doxillusi0nx and I have not contacted one another in many, many months. As you can see, he isn't involved with LiveJournal much anymore.

This community seemed cool, and I've also got a question. How in the world does someone steal a layout? I mean, I understand stealing the background/other ideas, but how would they make it exactly the same? Please excuse my stupidity.
