I find it slightly disturbing. I have now gotten 4 RSVPs from people that I cannot find on my original invite list for my wedding at all. Ahhhh I decided to make monkey bread for breakfast, and after making biscuits I find out we don't have any cinnamon. If I was going to have to go to the store, I wouldn't have bothered making biscuits. Sleep experiment shows: Layah has no circadian rhythm. For an entire week I went to bed when I felt tired and got up when I felt rested. I have felt significantly more rested during this period than when I try to conform to some kind of normal day/night schedule. I'm apparently pretending to be a baker, starting baking bread before 5 am, and it will be done by like 9. I'm making french bread! I'm so excited to see how this is going to come out. Mmm fresh bread....in several hours....

Only slept 11 hours last night....uhh, last sleep period. That's an improvement.

I never realized how much effort and worry I put into managing my sleep times until I stopped doing it. Yesterday, watching the sun come up, I suddenly realized that I wasn't worrying about still being awake at that time for the first time like ever.
