The Graduation ceremony was pretty nice yesterday. It felt good to get my AA Degree. It was nice that my family came down to see me graduate. I walked with them around post, showing them where I've been living for the past 18 months. :)

Well it's finally over. I just got my DLPT (Defense Language Profiency Test) results back. The test scale is somewhat odd. Basically I can get anything from a 0 (no language ability at all) to a 3 (fairly broad language proficiency...equivalent to a High School graduate). In between there are also +'s, which mean you're between two numbers. ( Read more... )

RIP Freddie - ~1989 - 2006

My Aunt's cat was put down yesterday, after getting really sick. The cat (Freddie) was about 17 years old. She turned me from a dog person into a cat person. Poor cat. :(

Well I had a PT test yesterday...did okay, but I'm going to take another in 3 weeks to see if I can improve before graduation. Time to start running everyday again.

RIP Andreas Katsulas - Another B5 actor gone. :(

I've been watching the B5: Crusade episodes...about halfway through the series. So far, not too bad.

Sigh, I just found out today that I have training this Saturday, so I won't be able to make it up to San Francisco this weekend. Argh!
