I found the arist I was thinking of who makes totem like creatures out of bones.  I saw a doco on her and her technique is amazing:)

 I am trying to find the name of an artist who creates sculptures out of bones, teeth, clay, wire etc.  They are like totems, small creatures that are usually tied up in myth.  She is a female australian artist.  I am sure I saw her this year on Sunday Arts but I am stuffed if I can remember her name or find anything about her anywhere ( Read more... )

 Ava has a new word! "Nay" or "Neh".  This obviously means 'Mum and Dad are driving me crazy' because she says it when she is really cranky at us:)

Another gin recipe I mixed up.  I call this the fuzzy orange bumble bee!

Glass of Crushed Ice
Nip of Gin (30 mls)
Squeeze of Honey
Juice from half an orange
Juice from half a lemon
Kaffir Lime Leaf
Diet Lemonade (Woolies Brand is yummy)
