I have met the enemy and it is pepperjack cheese. Or all cheeses and milk products.

Someone tell me, how do you trust a fake milk (soy) if you don't need to refrigerate it?

My head is killing me. I'm pretty sure its my sinuses since the main source of pain is that bone right under my eyes, and it feels so pressurized. Various forms of OTC meds don't work, tylenol, motrin, advil, sudafed (even the good stuff!) it all does nothing. How do i do this?

It is the people who have come before me, shaping the people in my life now, who have this control they don't know. They have so much influence on me, and how i act around the people they've touched, and i do begrudge them for it because sometimes its not always good. and i really am trying, but its so hard and i'm scared of the failure.
