Hey darlin! If you ever need me you can always call. As for the weight loss I am right there with you. My goal is to lose 100 pounds in a year. I started about 3 weeks ago and have lost 6 pounds so I am right on schedule so far. Yay for me. We can help each other out. My biggest goal was using a pedometer to make sure I walked/danced 10,000 steps a day. Now if I can just remember to wear the pedometer I will be in business.
All right you two, good goals! Hang in there and it will happen. And the exercise will definitely reduce your stress and increase your fitness overall.
The biggest thing that has helped me is to remember that falling off the wagon once does not negate the whole DAY or WEEK or MONTH or ANYTHING. Jump right back on. That's the beauty of WW...every day is a new day!
