I haven't done my homework. I've been doing work-work, so I haven't read other wobs' stories about dual-carding, or even looked up the rules about it in the constitution.

Had three dreams last night in quick succession, all of which had to do with outwitting impending death. I'd know what I thought if I hadn't read so much history. An unarmed populace is a populace subject to oppression--although what matters are modern weapons like bombs and (especially!) planes, not handguns or hunting rifles. I want impossible solutions. This was going to be a review of the first series romance I've ever read, a Harlequin historical about a pianist and her forced-by-society marriage to a man mourning his dead wife. I need to sleep more
Today I returned my vibrams for 70% of what I paid for them. They made me incredibly happy, these shoes. I loved wearing them because I could work in them and go to the gym and everything, and they had pretty decent grip and I had TOES! I could open drawers with my feet. I feel guilty for taking it easy while my grandma's in the hospital. I want to be there taking care of her the way she took care of me when I was a baby. Time frustrates me as much as distance fascinates me--if I could just bend time to my will I could walk to Arizona to be with her tomorrow. But I can't. You know what I want, that I (probably) won't get? I want Occupy Everywhere to be a political party. I want seats in congress, or at least state congresses. I want a party platform of fair wages, social support, freedom of association and information, and financial transparency.
