I joined the LJ community way back in late 1999/early 2000. It has been a great ride, but one that has come to an end. I'll still log in occassionally, but this will be my last post.

January: It's been a minute since I last updated. To begin from the beginning, I am now in grad school. I started last Wed. I need someone to help me. It is going against my make up to sit and wait for a friend to be "ready" to talk about whatever is bothering her. I don't know exactly what it is, but at this point, I just want to say I'm sorry and for us to move on. Is that so difficult? I feel really good. I'm still very hurt by what I feel to be a betrayal of my close friends, but I have tried to move on from that. I have concentrated my efforts on other people in my life whom I can help and whom could benefit from my friendship. Aunt Alma needs a little attention and Sabrina Gresham has been having a really hard time lately. ( Read more... )

Well, it is finally here. A day that I have dreamed of, dreaded and hoped for all at the same time. Today is my last day in London.
