In an ideal world, yes... Unfortunately, this happened to a friend of mine as well. Vigilantism seems to be the norm here, they need no reason. And the authorities seem to back them up. You have my sympathies.

As far as vigilantism goes- that tends to happen in a place with no laws. People get tired of that and then try makin' up ones of their own.

The bottom line is that we can't keep you imprisoned. You haven't proven dangerous to anyone, and considering how many people here know how to handle themselves, you probably aren't going to.
